The provisional business visa is for the people, those who wanted to start anew business in Australia or planning to invest in a business already running in Australia. This visa enables to invest in the state or territory in Australia for a limited period or a permanent investment. Under the Investor stream the business person has to invest a minimum of at least 1.5 Million AUD in a business whether it is new or existing.
Under the Significant Investor Stream the visa can be earned
by investing at least AUD 5 million in the country. It may be a new start-up or
an existing business in Australia. This visa is the basic requirement to apply
for the Business innovation and investment (permanent) visa (subclass 888). The permanent visa enabled the person to get a
permanent residency in Australia.
The Business innovation and investment (provisional) visa
(subclass 188) needs expression of interest and also needs extensive supporting
documents. The business visa enables the visa holder to travel in and out as
many times as he wants. The visa holder can bring his family members to Australia
to stay and live with him till the validity ends.
But since the visa enable the visa holder to apply for a
permanent visa under the scheme subclass 888 and the permanent visa allow the
visa holder to settle in Australia permanently. After receiving invitation from
the state of territory, the applicant should submit all the necessary documents
within 60 days of time.
A valid passport is required to apply for the visa and if
you are applying for a new passport, it is better to apply for the visa after
getting the new passport from your home country. So you can avoid any time
